There have also been defined directions and methods of performind]g works on the branch reorganization according to the Decree of the President of the Ukraine of 14.06.00 N 802 and there been developed offers concerning separation of the geological enterprises of the branch between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Ukraine and the national joint-stock company "Earth"s Entrails of Ukraine": - there has been made a report on necessity and expediency of preserving the State Geilogical Service of the Ukra ine in structure of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Ukraine; - there has prepared offers concerning a necessary list of geological enterprises which, in structure of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Ukraine, will be able to provide a necessary stock addition of minerals; - there have been determined the order and procedure of geological enterprises transfer to the national joint0stock company "Earth's Entrails of Ukraine".There have been developed offers on norm-fixing and payment of labour, improvement of economical and financial work of enterises under conditions of market reforms realization.
