Next of principal criteria of determination of components correlation in composite material were choiced: possibility of achievement of optimal bactericide effect; technologicality of manufacturing of composite with set correlation of components; handing of administration of composite materials. The composite material with bactericide properties "Ferrocell" on base hydratecellulose polymer bonding and magnetic powder was prepared. The optimal content of powder in material, which was found by medical mans, are 1-5%. Experimental specimens of composite materials with bactericide properties was prepared and conduct tests in same medical institutes. It was stated, that composite materials, which were prepared according to recipe of Institut colloid and chemie water NAS Ukraine, have bactericide properties and suitabl e for treament of festering wound.
