Method of research: laboratory-field. is established by results of the conducted research that in conditions of Forest-steppe of Ukraine for obtaining early vernal production of spinach and parsley from an open ground it is necessavy to sow seeds of parsley on guly 20, and spinach on September 1; multireel schemes of sowing salad (more than 5 fillets) provide an increase of the harvest by 15-20 % comparing with sowing and width inter-row 45 sm; at summer terms of sowing of salad it is necessary to reduce the norm of sowing by 20-30%.
