The surgical treatment underwent 255 patients by laparotomy (extirpation of uterus) and 80 - by laparoscopy (cautery endometroic masses). Verification of adenomiosis was made by means of morphologic investigation from taken uterine samples/ 70 patients reccaved medroxyprogesterone for treatment according to ours elaborated model. Most of patients with adenomiosis were noted the decreasing of pain normalizing of menses.
