Also it has been investigated the structure of carbohydrate determinants of spermatogenic epithelium and hormonproduciong cells of testis of rats in the model of thyroid pathology, the peculiarities of receptors localization of caragana arborescens lectin, carbohydrate specificity and binding peculiarities of two lectins PMRL+ and PMRL- in submandibular salivary glands of animals. It has been determinated the differences in glycoconjugates structure in investigated objects in ulcer disease of the stomach in the liquidators of the Chernobyl accident, in the thyroid pathology in the rat spermatogenic epithelium. It has been shown the effectiveness of the application of lectins with different carbohydrate specificity as a selective markes of separate cells and cell populations comparing different kinds of animals in normal stage and for differenciative diagnostics of morphologically changed cells in some pathologic processes Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
