Vernadsky University popup.description2 It was worked out a new method of synthesis of 1,2-trans- glycosaminides using stereoselective glycosylating agent - 2- alkyl(aryl)-glyco-[2,1-d]-2-oxazoline which generates imme- diately in the reaction medium from corresponded a-D- glycosyl halide in the presence of tetraalkylammonium halide. It was shown that addition of a small amount of N,N'- dicyclohexyl urea in to reaction mixture allows to suppress by-processes and the increase the aimed glycosides yields. A method of selective N-deacylation in the row of labile derivatives of 2-acylamino-2-deoxy- D-glucopyranose was offered. A method for obtaining of anomeric glycosyl phosphates of 2- trifluoroacetylamino-2-deoxy-D-glucopyranose was worked out. Using the methods of IR- spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography a derivative of muramic acid - 2-acetamido-2-dexy-4,6-di- O-acetyl-3-O-[(R)-1-(methoxycarbonyl)ethyl]-D-glucopyranose was investigated. Peculiarities of properties of this compound are explained by formation of the system of intra- and inte rmolecular hydrogen bonds. New glycoside derivatives of muramyldipeptide with different aglycons were synthesized. Immunostimulant activity in tests in vitro and in vivo was studied. Influence of structural factors of MDP O-glycosides on biological activity was established. Perspectivity of b- heptylglycoside of MDP in leprae immunotherapy, as adjuvant and as stimulant of antiinfections resistances were shown. Investigations of glycosylation of different alcohols by a- glucosaminylchloride in presence mercury(II) iodide were realized. It was worked out a new method of synthesis of 1,2-trans-glycosaminides using stereoselective glycosylating During a five year period have been studied triterpene glycosides of Sophora japonica, Melilotus spp., Hede ra taurica, Brassaia actinophylla, Dizygotheca elegantissima, Oreopanax capitatus, vonoterpene glycosides of Paeonia spp., steroidal glycosides of Yucca macrocarpa and alkaloids of Berberis spp. The methods of quantitative determination of triterpene glycosides in plants and synthesis of triterpenoidal sulfates have been developed. The inhybition action of triterpene glycosides on the seeds germination have been demonstrated.
