The interaction of an impactor with the mass is absolutely non-elastic. When the first mass is moved in the constant throwing-up mode, the interaction of the impactor and this mass is considered as a boundary case - time of the interaction equals to zero. The analytical methods to determine the range of stimulation parameters varying, leading to constant throwing-up mode realization, are offered. The hinge-rod model of mill interior load is considered as a system of interacting masses.The experiment to study material behavior during cyclic impact loading has been fulfiled.
