The objective of the work is to elaborate proposals as to the legal, organizational, managerial, methodical, informational, financial and social mechanism for regulation of the interstate labor migration, including the border regions, of the Ukrainian population. The investigation methods include statistical analysis, sociological poll, interviewing, comparison, and monographic method.
