The spectrums of radiation, which was accompaning the reactive ionic etching of the Si, SiO2, Al, Cu, Fe-Ni, Cr layers in atmosphere of CF4 have been studied ("Radical", 2 кэV). The atomic lines of Si, Al, Cu, Fe, Ni, Cr (target), С and F (plasma), CO+ (product), N2, N2+, H (impurities) have been identified. Under model conditions the possibility of charge pattern detection on the HTSC surface by the anysotropy of diamagnetic response has been shown.
