Work aim is the establishment of conditions for development of theoretical and empiric models of near-Earth environment and estimations accuracy advance of environment influence on the radiotechnic systems service and human activity on the base of development of the calculation techniques of near-Earth space parameters and choice of basic interaction processes between different atmosphere layers. The methods of research are distance radiosonding of ionosphere; statistic technique analysis of radio waves propagation and data about near-Earth space.The main results: the regular measuring of ionospheric parameters by techniques of distance radiosounding during the perturbation of different origin and analysis of obtained registrations was performed; we propose two and develop one computation meth ods of total electron content (TEC) of ionosphere on registrations of Doppler-shift frequency; computation methods of electron collisions frequency with neutrals on registrations of partial reflected signals taking into account of accuracy of measurements is improved; for taking account of interrelations of different atmosphere layers proposed to make use of fluctuations of angular speed of Earth's rotation.
