The techniques for manufacturing of silicon p-n structures and A3B5 heterostructures for planar and buttend solar cells have been designed. It is pointed out, that the obtaining of morphologicaly perfect epitaxial structures for solar cells is possible by using of gallium "cooling" solution - melt with more than 1 % (atomic) aluminium.
