The objective of the investigation is to disclose the phenomenon of the essence of the student's specific culture in the general process of upbrining the student and his preparation for making an adequate choice. The methods of the investigation are the theoretical analysis of the problem status in both theory and practice as well as the formative experiment and the pedagogical survey. The principal results consisted in discovering the ways the educational and pedagogical processes form the general and specific culture through the development of the interaction culture and culture of behavior. An approbation of the developed educational programme on pedagogy was made and the problem areas of such special courses as "Self-upbringing", "Pedagogy of the personality", "Artistic education of the teacher", "Ecological culture as pedagogical p roblem", "Interaction culture of the personality as the means of self-expression", "Environmental pedagogy" were identified. The formative experiment was perfomed on the basis of the usage of individually -specific approach in accordance with the natural principles of humanism, democracy, partnership and collaboration. The positive feelings were relied upon by way of definition of the following notions: teleology, ontopedagogy, environmental pedagogy, interaction process, interaction pedagogy, language culter, interaction culture.
