The aim of the work is the study of mechanisms of influence of the laser radiation on the biological objects. According to the first part of the SRW: the investigation of sensibility of Bordetella's genus microbes to antibiotics befor and after the laser and magnet-infrared-laser irradiation are showed that cephaperazone, cephotaxim, erytromycin, sizomycin and tetracyclin had the most active antibiotic action; the results obtained shows the changes in the morphology and in the biophysical properties of the cell nuclei under the influence of the low level laser irradiation. The results of this SRW could be used for treatment and rehabilitation of infectious diseases of human with low level laser irradiation.
