The ground for including the moexipril in complex treatment is taken. In 29 patients moexipril is effective in decrease of blood pressure and ameliorates the structure and function of left ventricle. The treatment of moexipril decreases the neurovegetative and psychoemotional disturbances of postcastrational syndrome. It was found that moexipril is neutral for metabolism of lipids and glucose.
