The purpose of the research: to study the features of course of the pulmonary diseases (chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, pneumonia) in age aspect, and also estimate the features of functional, morphological and biochemical changes in these diseases. The methods used: spirometry, monitoring of the pick expiratory flow , ECG, echocardiography, the densitometry, gas saturation, fibroesophagogastroduodenoscopic method, research of рН, biochemical methods for lipids and hormones spectrum research in blood, the use of questionnaires. Theoretical and practical results: the system of long-term training and rehabilitation in age aspect for the bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive bronchitis patients, the method for estimation of broncholitic therapy influence on the cardiovascular system parameters , the method for predicting the lability of the bronchoobstructive syndrome course in the bronchial asthma patients w ith accompanying gastroesophageal reflux disease.
