Methods: functional examination of the cardiovascular system; complex biochemical tests in blood and urine, pH and the redox potentials of the skin. It was estimated that the reaction of the lipoperoxidation and the antioxidant system on the physical load in the observed patients and healthy people is different. "Small" physical load in both, patients and healthy people, stimulates the glucocorticoid function of the adrenal cortex and androsteroidgenesis. "Big" physical load in healthy people activates the glucocorticoid function and does not influence significantly the excretion of the 17-ketosteroids. In patients with angina pectoris skin pH is elevated, if compared with the healthy individuals. Elaboration: the modification of the unified method of general cholesterol estimation in blood by means of the reaction with FeCl3; estimation of the reduced glutathion le vel in RBC and the degree of its oxidation during the process of testing; the mode of the metabolic lassitude evaluation during the physical exertion; corrections of the increased requirement in vit. E under the physical load. Expected effect: medical, social, economical. Advantage of the performed investigation over the known analogues lies in the priority of the complex examination of the physical load influence on the metabolic processes in the healthy individuals and in the patients with the angina pectoris.
