In 120 patients with multiple sclerosis of different forms, course and degrees of severity such parametres as alfa-1-antripsin, products of lipid peroxide oxidation, malonic dialdehyde superoxide dismutase have for the first time been studied and general conclusions made. This permits to improve the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis, to evaluate it's prognosis and efficacy of treatment. A new shedule of complex therapy of multiple sclerosiswith the employment of the new immunomodulatory preparation flurenizide and intravenous radiation of blood with the helium-neon laser was elaborated and approbated. Obtained results enable it to improve the quality of diagnosis, (diagnostic process) to perfect the tactics of treatment and to reduce by 12-15 percent the duration of treatment.
