Is obtained, that a specific resistance in thin films the concentrations of spins are proportional. At transition to thick films the concentration of spins is incremented, and the resistance quits on saturation. Measured current-voltage of the characteristic of polycrystallic diamond films have nonlinear character, their steepness depends on conditions of synthesis.
