The purpose of the work is the manufacture technology mastering of highalumina lowcement mix in the conditions of the open joint stock company "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy" and its industrial testing. The open joint stock company "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S. Berezhnoy" put into production a highalumina lowcement castable vibrated mix with the following properties: cold crushing strength at: 100 oC (2 hours) - 37,8 MPa, 1100 oC (5 hours) - 66,7 MPa, 1450 oC (5 hours) - 108,8 MPa and the production of trial lots was carried out. A highalumina lowcement castable vibratory mix was tested with positive results in one of metallurgical plants of the Ukraine in the lining of bottom and shells of 120 ton steelteeming ladle.
