The purpose of the work is the manufacture technology for preparing a lowcement castable with a predominant use of home produced natural raw materials. The research methods - the methods of chemical and petrographic analyses were used when carrying out works. The manufacture technology of highalumina lowcement castable for guniting with a predominant employment of home produced natural raw materials was developed. The trial lots of a highalumina lowcement castable mix for guniting were used as well as their properties were determined. The drafts of scientific documentation were developed: the change № 1 for the technical specification of the Ukraine and technological instruction. The trial lots of СВГНЦБТ mix were produced. The work should be in progress in the direction of putting into production and introducing of developed technology in the open joint stock company "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S.
