The purpose of the work - the manufacture technology development of lowcement alumosilicate mix with a predominant use of home produced materials. The homeproduced as well as imported materials were studied which are being used when carrying out work. The research methods - the methods of chemical and petrographic analyses were used when carrying out research. As a result of a laboratory research the manufacture technology of lowcement alumosilicate castable mixes of following compositions: chamotte, mullitesilica, mullite, mullitecorundum. The draft of technical specifications (change № 2 for technological spec. of Ukraine) and the draft of technological instruction were developed. The work should be in progress in the direction of putting into production and introducing of the developed technology in the open joint stock company "The Ukrainian research institute of refractories named after A.S.
