The purpose of the work - the manufacture technology development of anorthite lightweight material with apparent density not more than 1,3 g/cm3 for the service temperature up to 1300 oC. The research methods - chemical, petrographic, physico-mechanical, thermophysical. The investigations on the development of the manufacture technology of anorthite lightweight material without using burning and foam forming additions. The main technological parameters of lightweight anorthite composition with microporous structure were determined. As a result of this research the lightweight material with an apparent density from 0,8 up to 1,3 g/cm3, crushing strength from 3,5 up to 12,0 MPa for the service temperatures up to 1300 oC were produced. The thermal conductivity of lightweight material at Taver = 650 oC makes up 0,25-0,35 Wt/m.K that is by 2 times lower compared with chamotte lightweight material. The trial lots of anorthite lightweight products of 2 sta ndard sizes in a amount of ~10 tons were produced and they were delivered for testing in industrial conditions. The drafts of technical instruction for the manufacture and technical specification for the trial lot were developed. According to the work data an application for the patent "The manufacture method of ceramic anorthite lightweight material" was handed in. The prognosis proposals on the research object is to proceed with this work in the direction of putting into production this technology and broadening of the technology volume for the introduction with consumers.
