The purpose of the work is the manufacture technology for producing alumina cement containing Al2O3 up to 40 % and putting into production of technology for manufacture of cement containing Al2O3 up to 53 %. The research methods are chemical, petrographic, DTA, X-ray physical. The manufacture technology of alumina cement containing Al2O3 up to 40 % conformably to the pilot production conditions of the Ukrainian research institute of refractories was developed. The cement with a compression strength 36,0 MPa after 7 complete days of the humid solidification and the refractoriness 1470 oC was produced. The manufacture technology of cement containing Al2O3 up to 53 % with following properties: the cold crushing strength after 7 complete days of the humid solidification 53,4 MPa, and the refractoriness 1490 oC has been put into production. The prognosis propositions about the progress of research object - to proceed with this work in the direction of mastering this te chnology and broadening of the technology volumes with consumers.
