The information-retreaval system of legislation acts for Ukraine has been developed. The structurization of the legislation base for Ukraine has been developed according to trends of activity of the public health system. The performed formal-logical analysis of the legislation base of regulation-legislation acts (laws of Ukraine, President's Orders, resolutions of the supreme Ministers, orders of the Ministry of Public Health) was made. There were revealed main tendencies in the development of the regulation-legislation base of public health from 1991 to 2000 with due account of the acting legislation. The procedure of expert evalution has been developed with indication of information-legislation demands of specialists involved in organization and ma nagement of public health.
