A comprehensive analytical system for perfomances evaluation of the Crimea AR Central SES and those in provincies catchment areas as well as for Kyiv and Sevastopol cities SES has been elaborated. They were grounded on the individual indicies significance ranging and the rating scaling of some provincies SES, depending on economical weight and social demographic situation of a particular region.
