A package of relevant instructive and methodological materials has been also prepared. Project versions of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministries Decree "About conducting population medical examinations" and the corresponding Order of Ukrainian Ministry of Public Health for its enforcement have been offered for consideration. A number of organizational issues to implement this comprehensive health monitoring programme have been already solved with Ukrainian PHS regional health departments' authorities.
