Object of investigation - indicators of the noncancer illness of the Chernobil disaster results liquidators and persons evacuated from 30-km, risk factors. Dynamics of the most widespread noncancer illness has been investigated using epidemiologic and statistic analysis. Data concerning liquidators cohorts (24990 persons) and evacuated persons (25520) from National Register of Ukraine and also data from Clinical Epidemiologic Register including 13980 liquidators and evacuated persons has been used for this analysis.There has been shown existence of the dependence of some noncancer diseases rate on the outer doze of radiation, time of expose, time under risk, sex and age.Data concerning prevalence of the nonradiation risk factors between liquidators and persons, evacuated from 30-km zone are given.
