The purpose of work is development of technological conditions of growth and alloying of the solid solutions semiconductors of system CdZnTe, grown by sublimation of the synthesized connections, homogeneous by composition, with low concentration of intrinsic defects, which are the vacancies of Cd and Zn. Methods of research are statistical analysis of electrical characteristics of grown up crystals at different charge temperatures and gradient of temperatures at the front of crystalization. Main results are obtaining of monocrystals CdZnTe of the different sizes and different types of conduction valued tm which would satisfy the requirement of moking detectors of ionizing irradiation on the basis of CdZnTe.
