Decrease of feed angle and rise of reduction lead to velocity decrease. In the cold helical rolling process degree of deformation and initial outside diameter to wall-thickness ratio influence on wall change was investigated. Analytical expression to calculate that wall change was elaborated on the experimental data base. Tube diameter and wall-thickness accuracy increases during cold helical rolling operation. Energy and force parameters of the cold reduction of tubes process increase when degree of deformation or initial tube diameter rises. Work hardening of the ШХ-15 steel depend on radial deformation of diameter, tangential circle deformation and heating during cold screw rolling of tubes process.
