We investigated the effectiveness of complex out-patient treatment with H2-receptor blocker famotidine and standard triple therapy for the eradication of H.pylori in patients with duodenal ulcer. Basing on the methods of computer intragastric pH-metry 24-hours and single dose of inhibitors H+-K+-ATP-ase was motivated. The pecularities of antibacterial therapy of the contamination with H.pylori administered from the seventh day of treatment using inhibitors H+-K+-ATP-ase were investigated.
