Melted sodium halides are found to be characterized by sequential decrease of acidity in the chloride-bromide-iodide series. Oxobasity indices of the said metals are determined. Investigated is equilibrium in the solutions fromed by dissolution of carbonates of alkali metals in chloride solutions. Peculiarities of particle flows over the crystalline surface studied. The shape of crystal growth in the melt-solution is examined by the method of electron microscopy.
