The history of experimental herd formation, condition of cattle reproduction, characteristic of a general animal states were discussed. The obtained molecular-genetic and cytogenetic data on the researches herd in details were considered. It was shown, that not look on the satisfactory state of animals, the conditions of their contents (influence of ionizing radiation, absence of artificial selection) resulted in changes of the genetic structure of animals in generations. The disturbance of equal probability of transmission of the genetic information from the parents to offspring in a first generation and gradual recovery of this process in consequent generations on separate genetic systems were detected. The mutation of a structural gene (transferrin locus) with its transfer in two consequent generations were detected, the changes of interloci associations and changes of the spectrum of amplification products, which were observed with the use as primer the fragments of microsatellite loci were revealed.
