The purpose of work: to stady of quality of life of Ukrainian population, to define national and regional factors and indicators of its measurement; to work out technologies of life quality measurement. Research methods: standard questionnaire, individual interview, analysis of the statistical data. On this basis the integral index of health state social and economic development has been worked out; integral index on regions of Ukraine has been out; the rating of regions accounting totheir significance has been composed. The questionnaire of research - form of interview including 125 questions has been improved. The results of Science and Research work are national sociological research, summarise of sociological and statistical information on problem, worked out the sisteme of indicators of quality of life with national and regional measurement. They can be used as the tool of study of such aspects of life quality as a standart of living, social state of health, image of life, life style of various social groups, social adaptation of the population to different conditions of ability to live, attitude of the region inhabitants to economic reforms, carried out for the country. The data received as a result of research can form the basis monitoring on problems of study of quality of life of the population of large cities and separate regions, that has the special value in connection with an estimation of social policy efficiency and social maintenance, and also planning and development of the specialized programs of social adaptation and reabilitation socially separate of unsuccessful groups and "risks groups'' both in stadied researched region, and in Ukraine as a whole.
