The block-scheme of measurement complex and experimental results for crystals of leuko-sapphire (Al2O3) with tetragonal type of symmetry, zinc oxide (ZnO) with hexagonal type of symmetry and selenium (Se) with trigonal type of symmetry have been cited. The estimation of dielectric permittivity tensor component measurement uncertainties and comparison with standard crystal samples have been carried out.
