At perfomance of work the received such basic results: The hydration of the various structural forms of polyribocytidical acid and its components by a Monte Carlo method was studied. The influence of protonation on hydration of cytosine associates and the role of water in the stabilization of helical structure of polyribocytidilic acid is founded. The cooperative character of interaction of anthracycline antibiotic daunomycin with polynucleotides of various base compositions and secondary structures in solutions with low ionic strength is established. The constants, number of binding sites and cooperativity parameters of interaction are determined. The temperature dependencies in range of 0-70 C of the real and imaginary parts of permittivity of blood plasma and serum irradiated with doses 10-80 Gr have been obtained. The increase of fat-soluble vitamins level in all organs in a month after single irradiation was founded. The most activation of peroxide of lipids of spleen and brain is concerned on adaptation of organism to action of subletal dose of radiation.
