The purpose of the work: development of empirical and half-empirical models of environment naturally disturbed and models of the of the response of different layers of the atmosphere to solar variability. The methods of researches: remote radio sounding; the statistical of characteristics of radio wave propagation and data on near-Earth space.The main results: the model of the electron density N(z) and it fluctuations in the D-region has been developed and calculations of radio waves characteristics using this model has been carried out; increases in the D-region electron density by 50-150 % are experimentally established for the morning solar terminator passage. The possibility of stimulated electron precipitation from the magnetosphere with the fluxs density of 10 - 10 m c for 40-80 keV electrons is shown; the close connection of the solar wind energy and duration of the day, d, (the correlation coefficient can reach values of near 0,8) is established, which testifies to appreciable perturbations of tropospheric parameters after the solar-caused events. It is shown that the perturbation mechanism is a trigger and causes change from the meridional circulation to the zonal one after getting of the Earth into the solar corpuscular flow.
