The aim of the work is to study polarization and non-linear processes of interaction of electromagnetic fields with anisotropic medium of inverted human eye and blood erythrocytes using the holographic methods. Methods of the research are theoretical and experimental investigation of processes of interaction of electromagnetic fields with inverted eye retina and blood erythrocytes. . A theoretical study of processes of interaction of electromagnetic fields with anisotropic quasi - crystal medium of inverted eye and blood erythrocytes has been made. It is shown that a layer of nerve fibers and external segments of photoreceptors are one-axis quasi-crystals. On the basis of generalization of Fedorov's and Stokes' methods a new method of determination of polarization characteristics of reflected laser radiation by formation of a multiangle polarization hologram has been developed. An experimental investigation of electromagnetic radiation influence on animal blood erythrocytes using holographic interference microscope has been carried out. It was shown that under influence of electromagnetic radiation of different wavelengths changes of physical and chemical properties of erythrocytes membranes occur which results in changing of their shapes.
