The aim of the work: experimental and theoretical investigation of the rotational spectrum of asymmetric top molecules of freon CFC -11(C35Cl(2)37ClF and C35 Cl37Cl2F). The perfection of the methods of the pollutant concentration measurements in the atmospheric air. The measurements of the contents of the ethylene and trichlorethylene in the air of center part of the Kharkov city. A large amount of the experimental investigations - the records of the spectra of the asymmetric top molecules of CFC -11 in the frequency range 122 -360 GHz, where the hyperfine quadrupole structure is not resolved - has been performed. The frequencies of 157 transitions of C35Cl(2)37ClF molecule and 167 transitions of C35Cl37Cl(2)F molecule were measured and assigned. The sets of the constants of corresponding hamiltonians were obtained to fit the rotational millimeter and submillimeter wave spectra of asymmetric forms ofCCl3F molecule with high relative accuracy. More accurate structure of the CCl3F molecule was determined. An estimation analysis of the measurement errors for determination of the pollutant concentrations in atmospheric air by means of trace method was carried out. The measurements of the ethylene and trichlorethylene concentrations in the atmospheric air in the center part of the Kharkov city were fulfilled using trace CO2-lidar which was created earlier in Kharkov national university. The results will be used in the calculations of the long-term forecasts of the ozone layer destruction and global warming fenomena and also in developing of the new methods of monitoring of air pollution level.
