The wideband observations of a number of the recombination lines were done using the super multi channel correlometer. The carbon recombination lines were found with high reliability and for the first time the decameter hydrogen lines were registered. New types of solar radio emission were observed using the new digital spectral processor connected to the UTR-2 telescope. The electromagnetic waves refraction in the pulsar's plasma was considered.
