The region of potentials were solid stated electroreduction proceeds has been detected. The linear dependence of current density on ionic conductivity, OH-groups content, i.e. parameters that characterise the defects of structure has been shown. The possibility of directed changes of compound's activity has been proved on the base of samples that were obtained from fluorine containing electrolytes by means of changes of electrolysis parameters: current density and fluoride-ion content in electrolytes. The samples of the Ukrainian sources were analyzed as cathode materials. On the basis of the electrochemical behavior MnO2 analysis of manganese dioxide dependence on its structure including degree of deviation of its composition from stoichiometrical a method of a test of electrochemically active manganese dioxides has been proposed.
