The enterprises of sea and river transport carry out preparation the special shaping of plants, the notification, assembly of staff, material support and management special shaping of plants of it. The aim and task is participation in realization of some actions for maintenance of uniform transport process, and also carrying out of rescue and urgent emergency-refurbishment works in the organizations in case of occurrence of an extreme situation. A plan of action and the organization of work special shaping of plants are developed by a territorial operating controls sea and river transport on the basis of the mobilization plan.
