The purpose of work is: - development of new composition and structure of a GSC MS in connection with accepted by National space agency of Ukraine and design office "Yuzhnoye" organizational technical decisions; - definition of structure and characteristics of program technical complexes (PTC) and development of the WDD, necessary for work of a GSC in a part of operative planning and coordination of work of a complex; - development of the offers on the appropriate updating of the TTP on space system (SS) and TP on GSC. During performance of EDW the new composition and structure of a GSC MS is developed, the TP on the necessary PTC are developed, in which are determined composition and characteristics of means and software of a PTC. The necessary WDD, adequate to new composition of a GSC MS is created; the projects of additions to the TTP on creation of the MS and TP on development of a GSC are issued. The new PTC, created according to the developed documentation, will ensure effective work of a GSC and SS as a whole during work of the MS on an orbit. The efficiency of these systems also will be confirmed by tests during creation and commissioning of the PTC and GSC. These PTC will be applied while in service on an orbit of the given MS, and also MS, created further on the basis of the given constructive platform.
