With purpuse of an estimation of an opportunity of use of an alloy ЗМИ-11 for manufacture of spare parts gas - turbine blades (rotary blades) the complex of the service characteristics of materials is investigated. The boundary resource of operation alloy N-155 rotary blades is established, the forecast of a resource of work of an alloy ЗМИ-11 introduction it instead of import alloy for manufacturing rotary blades for gas-turbine glades. Methods of investigation which have bee used: optical metallography, X-rays microspectroscopy, mechanical tests. New superalloys with higher level of properties in comparison with foreign ones (for making reserve gas-turbine blades in foreign gas-turbines) have been introduced.
