Filtrate tests were carried out upon of cattle from 2 farms. Previously all number of cattle was investigated by a method of intrascin tuberculin test (ITT) and in RBM tuberculine on prof. Burjac technical worked out earlier. From the amount of animals which reacted upon ITT and in RBM there selected 15 head of cattle for definition of antigenic activity and specificity of native and heated filtrates of mycobacterium cultures. The researches have confirmed the possibility of use of filtrate mycobacterium cultures as antigenes during the RBM making.
