Modes of consumable and nonconsumable argon-arc welding have been developed, and scandium- containing filler wires are recommended. Increase of the total proportion of the main alloying elements raises the level of welded joint strength by 10-12%, reaching 360 MPa, with cracking susceptibility index, A%, decreasing from 66 to 15.
