Influence of incorporated structural changes of a freight car on its dynamical factors, taking into account the various wear level for car wheels, is investigated under various track disturbances. Low- frequency vibratory sensor is designed for measuring vibrations accelerations. The novelty of results is as follows. Effects of installation of the elastic-frictional and elastic-viscous bearings for supporting system on critical speed of a car are analyzed. The rational parameters of the bearings are defined from motion stability. Influence of incorporated side bearings on underframe stability against running of the rails is evaluated. Influence of parameters of the added damper for central spring of a freight car on accelerations in the pivot unit is studied for various track disturbances. Prototypes of vibratory sensors are designed and manufactured to measure vibrations accelerations in the range of 0-100 Hz.
