The object of this investigation is to develop software for predicting the charges of designing and operating spacecraft and launch vehicles. Prediction methods concerning the charges of developing, manufacturing and operating spacecraft and launch vehicles are analysed. These methods are classified. It is shown that, in practice, the methods used require of developing the information and analytical system involving the analytical part and database.
