On the basis of the analysis of main functions and kinds of technological operations on service of sea transport ships the standart technological circuit of full-loading cycle of the tanker was made with observance of operation norms and rules. The accepted standard technological circuit was checked up on correspondence to world practice of use the circuits of interaction of seaports and oil terminals, and also in a part of the account of the requirements and rules for cases of probable emergency and extreme situations.The solution of a problem of interaction and the definition of optimal recommended variant is executed on the basis ofcomparison of 5 probable variants of interaction, acceptable to implementation with allowance of the current legislation norms.
