The oil terminal is designed for reception of oil and oil products delivered by sea and railway, their storage in tank farm,and shipment by sea and and railway treansport.Infrastructure necessary for ensuring theoil terminal normal operation is taken into consideration within these technikal proposals: auxiliary/industrial and office/amenity buildings, as well as installations required for providing explosion and fire safety and environmental protection.
