According to characteristics of water approaches, conditions of existing building-up, geological conditions in the area of supposed construction eight alternative of berthing structures had been considered, icluding two layout alternatives and two structural designs for two design vessel types. Each alternative provides building of auxiliary-purpose installations, including area of oil spillage eliminination, office and service buildings with control room, intra-site networks, as well as purchasing of fire boat. Desing solutions on composition, parameters and lay-out of the terminal onshore part were made in accordance with up-to-date technical requirements and complying environmental protection and explosion-and-fire safety standards in force in Ukraine. Coming from the results of comparison of technical and performanca characteristics with costs of construction alternatives it was recommended for futher design to accept a berhing structure for reception of HO-25 tanker with mooring part consisting of processing site taking fender stress, mooring dolphins and catwalks.
